Rick
Faison
Mr. Faison is the Director of Bands at Daphne
High School.The Marching Band has consistently
earned Superior Ratings and Best In Class at
Marching Contests in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
The Concert and Symphonic Band have earned consistant
Superiro Ratings at the District and State Festivals.
Mr. Faison also conducts the Jazz Band which
also earns superior ratings at Jazz Festivals.
This is Mr. Faison's 14th year at Daphne and
24th year in the Baldwin County School System,
holding positons at Fairhope HS, Elberta, Summerdale
and Spanish Fort MS bands. Mr. Faison has served
as Vice Chairman and District Chairman of District
VII ABA and is the currect Treasure for the
Alabama Chapter of IAJE. Mr. and Mrs.Faison
have 2 sons and twin daughters all who attend(ed)
Daphne HS and members of the Sound of the Eastern
Shore.

Mark
Foster
Mr. Foster is the associate director of bands
and the percussion instructor at Daphne High
School. He came to Daphne High school in 1997.
Mr. Foster also conducts the DHS percussion
ensemble and assist with the Symphonic and Concert
Bands. Mr. Foster has had great sucess with
the Daphne Indoor Percussion Ensemble making
WGI Concert Open Class Finalist in 2005 and
2006. The Percussion Ensemble were the Bronze
Medalist in 2005 and Finalist in 2006 with a
score of 90.1, in 5th place. Mr. Foster has
taught in Tennessee and Alabama.

Marsha
R. Foster
Mrs. Foster has been the color guard instructor
at Daphne since January of 2000. She instructs
the DHS Fall Guard and the DHS Winterguard.
The DHS guard has consistently earned Superior
Ratings and numberous Best in Class Guard. The
Winterguard has had great success under Mrs.
Foster in the Gulf Coast Colorguard Circuit
and WGI. They were Scholastic 'A' Circuit Champions
in 2006. Mr. and Mrs. Foster have 2 daughters
who attend Fairhope MS. Both are members of
the Fairhope MS Band.

Josh
Harper
Mr.
Harper is an alumni of Daphne HS and the University
of Alabama. Mr. Harper holds a teaching position
in the Math Department at Daphne HS. Mr. Harper
assist with the Marching Band and Percussion
Ensemble.
